Frankwin van Dieren

 
Frankwin occupied several senior management positions in blue chip consumer goods multinationals, and has more than two decades international experience in driving profitable growth by launching consumer oriented product innovations. He founded Idilia Consulting, helped create several new businesses and has a track record in transforming firms into top performers. Frankwin has a PhD in Physics, and is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Dutch, his mother tongue.

Fernando Ozores

 
Fernando has a degree in Business Administration and MBA (ESADE). He is a founder of Buenaidea, with large experience in innovation processes. He has been involved in the launching of new products at L'Oreàl, and has worked as Business & Innovation Consultant in Atos Origin. In the last years, he is facilitating creative workshops and coordinating innovation projects based on the user centric approach. This methodology explores and implements new concepts that are desired by the user, feasible with the available technologies and profitable for the business.

Rafa Olano

 

Rafa has more than twenty years of international marketing and communications experience working from New York and Barcelona in a variety of industries including telecommunications, utilities or consumer goods. Development and implementation of marketing programs with a focus in technology, innovation and consumer trends.

Key competences: Integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, business development, marketing outsourcing and project management.
